• The Bromley MEND Programme is a FREE 9 week course for children aged 7 to 11 years who are overweight or obese or are worried they might be. It consists of lots of games, discussions and exercise activities to improve health levels, build confidence and self esteem and impart knowledge of good diet and nutrition.
